âI checked in to a room and within an hour, another guest walked into my room with card access. When I addressed this with staff, they blamed the previous guest for not turning in their key when they requested a room change. I was told their policy was the guest would leave their key in the room when they leave which I find to not be appropriate since they more placed responsibility on the previous guest.
