“No elevator ”

“This place is okay, the room was bit smelly. Staff was welcoming and nice.”

“Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

“The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area.”

It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk. I also talked to the manager at the front desk and told him this should not happen.”
