The modern kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the gorgeous bathroom features a walk-in shower and washer/dryer combo unit. Fall asleep to the gentle rocking waters on the cozy beds. Just steps away, indulge in delectable meals at the tiki bar or take a leisurely stroll around the marina. At the clubhouse, unwind in the heated pool or hot tub after a workout in the resort gym and sauna. The Space:

The Shangri La is permanently docked and not able to be taken out onto the river.

Guest Access:
There are keys in a lockbox. Please safely enter & exit the vessel as there is the potential for minor rocking.

Getting Around:
Cape Crossing Resort and Marina is located just off St Rt 3 and Highway 528. There are parking spots available directly in front of the Shangri La. Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area.

Guests that are interested in renting recreational equipment are welcome to contact Cape Crossing Marina during their stay for kayak, paddle board, boat and Craig Cat rentals.

Other Things to Note:
While we have taken careful consideration to provide the safest & most customer-friendly accommodations, please be aware that this is a houseboat and there are certain contingencies that guests must acknowledge.

Safely entering & exiting the vessel, withstanding potential minor rocking, & moving about within tight quarters.
