A.wonderful place for family and friends to gather for a few nights or extended stay. The outdoor setting is amazing and the game room was a huge hit! The host was very attentive to all our needs! Highly recommend!

Everything was just as described. Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandkids. Overall everything was perfect. Great decor. Beautiful foliage and great use of space. Just a couple minor details that concerned me. The sand box area had dog/cat poop that we had to scoop out my grandson unfortunately found.. there was a cat that came around while we were there. The fire pit area was awesome but there was an area where the floor dipped, felt like you could fall through it. The closet door in the master got jammed upon opening it and trying to close it. There was a constant moldy looking puddle by the hot tub. Again these were minor issues that can be an easy fix. Kids enjoyed the game room as well as the adults. Had all your kitchen needs. We were able to walk to the little park down the street and see the space launch. Definitely recommend this home.

We were 3 baseball families and it was a great place! Lots for the kids to keep them entertained and the house was super cute and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for a family

We had plenty of room and amenities . The owner is great with communicating and very helpful . the location is in a quaint neighborhood and always felt safe . My kids enjoyed the game room and outdoors !

Great house for a family- kids of all ages

There’s so much room to play at The Marlin on Merritt! It’s a kids paradise! Easily sleeps 10 adults and more if you use the pull out couch/crib. Young children friendly with crib and high chair. Fully stocked supplies, coffee bar and toiletries. It’s hard to come across the amenities this house has in one place! It’s a 15 min drive to the beach but there’s so much to do at the house you don’t need to leave!
