The home was absolutely beautiful and comfy. We loved the bay in the back. We enjoyed watching manatees and fishing. The homeowner was super nice and helpful. Would definitely return!

Competition weekend

We stayed during our weekend/ week of cheer competition and it is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful quiet home and owners are wonderful and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again!

I didnt want to go anywhere! So relaxing to enjoy the scenery and peace. Great location, we even watched a rocket launch from the dock.

This house was so great! Very clean and so cozy. The canal was absolutely beautiful! The owner kept in touch the whole time and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our family. The porch and view were amazing. The amenities included added a little fun to our stay. The home far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We would definitely satay again.

Stayed 5 days with fishing buddies. Close to Port Canaveral, fishing and restaurants. Beautiful older canal home in Merritt Island, quiet neighborhood, walker friendly. Great screened in porch on canal side to socialize, watch your fishing pole or just take a nap.

Great Stay

The Merritt Island house was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch. From the boat dock we saw dolphins in the river. We enjoyed the KSC and the nearby parks.

Great location and accommodations

It’s an older home but well maintained, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock in the back where we saw birds, a manatee and dolphins in the distance. The owner was accessible and responsive to the few questions we had. Very satisfied.

Great Place to Stay

The home was clean and well maintained. Everything you need was available plus some. Robert was great with communication and provided lots of information for places to eat, where to see things we were looking for. Seeing manatees, birds and jumping fish in the canal behind the house was a bonus too. Check in/out was easy. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to the area.

Relaxing and Homey

We needed some R and R while moving locally and this home delivered. Very relaxing and peaceful. Had everything we needed. however some hand soap and small bars of bath soap in the bathrooms to get us started would have been a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we enjoyed our stay overall:)

Botanical Gardens in backyard

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Fantastic plants on screen porch and in backyard overlooking the nature preserve. Comfortable home with plenty of furnishings and room to spread out. Look forward to using kayaks next time. Made a great launchpad for our visit to KSC!

A great home away from home

Our family had the best time at this property. We spent time together fishing from the dock, cooking meals together and borrowing the beach gear for a fun day at the beach. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us! Will definitely be back if we need a place to stay on the Space Coast. PS - our host, Robert, was great. He checked in on us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Blissful peace

This location was amazing! It is so beautiful and peaceful that my wife and I just felt the stress melt away. The house is cute and a great layout, it is starting to need a little updating. We could sit on the porch every morning and watch the birds, squirrels, jumping fish and dolphins while we had breakfast. In the evening there is a Great Blue Heron that visits and hangs out with you. Cant wait to visit again!

Great house on the canal

This house was too big for 2 of us but our son and family lived 7 minutes away so we all enjoyed hanging out on the porch and dock. Saw lots of dolphins and manatees out the back door. So close you could almost touch them. Grandkids enjoyed fishing. Private, clean and comfortable. Definitely will do again.

Clean, family friendly property

We loved this home, it was spacious, clean, accessible and safe. The owner had easy to follow rules and had plenty of towels, blankets, and home comforts. Our only complaint was that the thermostat could not be lowered to our desired temperature, but that’s not a deal breaker. The home was perfect for what we needed

Nice home.

Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again. Clean and spacious. Only issue was no hot water. Couldn't get the pilot light on the water heater to ignite. Could not reach the owner but got a friend to fix it. Owner apologized. Was out of town and having communication problems.

Cocoa Beach vacation

The house was very spacious and had lots of amenities. They had beach gear(chairs, umbrella and cart) which was really nice. They also had a few kayaks which we used to paddle the channel and river where we saw dolphins and manatees. We were able to fish off the dock with the fishing poles they had which was super cool. The back deck area is so nice to sit and watch all the wildlife. We had 3 manatee sightings right off the dock. The house is located in a nice convenient part of town and super peaceful. All the stuff to cook meals and love the added washer and dryers for speeding up cleanup after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to the area.
