With an area of 190 m², the house is surrounded by an enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in complete tranquillity.



On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful and spacious contemporary living room, tastefully decorated. The kitchen, fully equipped, has a refrigerator, an oven, an induction hob, and a dishwasher to make your life easier. For your breakfasts, you will have a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker available to start the day well. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with its large, friendly wooden table, as well as the living room.



Here, we disconnect! You won't find a TV screen making the living room a conducive place for discussions, reading, or board games.



On the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and a large bay window overlooking the garden, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom offers a single trundle bed, which can become a queen size bed (from 80/200 to 160/200)



Upstairs, four rooms are available to you: the first has a double bed (140/190); the second, a single bed with a trundle bed that can be transformed into a king-size bed (180/190); the third, a single bed (90/190) and the last, three single beds (90/190). A bathroom with a bathtub is also present at this level.



For your comfort, the house includes two independent toilets on each floor, and a washing machine. Parking is free on the street.
