We heat the pool up to 90°F! Unlike many rentals, you’ll get full app access to control the lights, jets, and temperature for both pool & spa. No twist-timers, no limits—just relax and enjoy.

Maximum Occupancy (Per Mesquite Municipal Code): Up to 12 adults (age 12+). Children under 12 are not counted toward this limit.

Our home includes enough beds to accommodate families, but no more than 12 adults may stay overnight, per city regulations.
