Newly Renovated - Condo at Wolf Creek Golf Course

Newly renovated large condo (1602 SF) in picturesque Mesquite Nevada. Our unit is located in Building 20. This 2-bedroom retreat offers a king bed, a queen bed, and 3 bathrooms including 2 bathtubs and 3 showers, includes a studio apartment. Each living rooms include a sofa bed for extra guests. The condo has Smart TVs, Master Bedroom, Main Living Room, Second Living Room, Second Bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, Wi-Fi, AC, heating, and beautiful views of Wolf Creek Golf Course. You enter the breezeway on left side of Building 20, go down one flight of stairs to our condo #200 which has a great view of Wolf Creek Golf Course.

A great place to call your home base to enjoy our 7 golf courses, ATV Trails, Casinos, Restaurants and team sporting events. We are located next to the Wolf Creek Golf Club which offers golf, a restaurant and bar area. Other exciting places to visit- The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, St George UT, Zion National Park and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

Was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our time there. The owner was great at communicating with us at all times. We ended up having to leave a day early due to snow forcast in Denver, and it would have been nice to get a 1 night refund, but understand that all the money has already been paid, so probably not possible. I would recommend this place to anyone, as we enjoyed our afternoons sitting out, drinking wine and watching the golfers.

This condo was perfect for our week in Mesquite and we would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient, the condo was very clean and spacious, and all utilities worked perfectly. Although we only occupied the master bedroom (in which the bed was very comfortable), the mother in law suite would be perfect for additional guests, as it is self contained, including their own entrance. The patio view was lovely and there was plenty of parking available. A couple of things worth mentioning, is that the condo is downstairs and there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have mobility issues. Also the condo is not as equipped with kitchen extras, such as spices, tin foil, laundry soap, as I have experienced at other rentals. So you might want to plan accordingly if you plan on cooking meals.

Only 1 suggestion. It is noted 1 flight of stairs. There are 19 steps and not user friendly for elderly to carry suit cases. I would recommend a little more note on this property. Im a disabled vet and was very tuff to make 7 trips down and 7 trips up 19 steps . My fault for not catching the small print.

Overall our experience was great. It was very clean and a great location. The beds were a little hard for our liking but everyone has a different opinion there. Also could use a few more cooking pots and pans. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with views of the Wolf Creek golf course. The host was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very nice, newly revonated condo. On Wolf Creek golf course property, so it was extremely safe and quiet. Very comfy and spacious living. Even had a small additional kitchenette if you have multiple couples/teens/etc staying with you.

Great stay!

Came into Mesquite for a weekend golf trip and this was the perfect place to stay. The property is *right* next to the pro shop at Wolf Creek. The place was clean and exactly as described. Patty was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We needed an early check in and Patty was kind to accommodate. 10/10 would recommend.

Condo in Mesquite

This was a great place for our family to stay during our son’s soccer tournament. It was away from the bustle of casinos, but still close to the tournament site, food, and parks. It was very spacious and provided all the basic amenities. The checkin and checkout process was incredibly easy.
