Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean. The host was very responsive to our needs. There were a few minor flaws. The master bedroom sinks need some drain stoppers. My wife accidentally drop her earring in the sink and I had to take the p trap off to retrieve them. The refrigerator stop dispensing ice and water. The outdoor furniture could use some updating. Overall, I would stay here again.

Centrally located with easy access to casinos and golf courses. Lots of space in the home for a large crowd, but also perfect for just two people. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows to accommodate. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and will definitely stay here again.

Our host was very responsive to all of my questions! The house is as advertised. It worked out great for us since we had our 3 dogs with us. Back yard is fenced in and shaded by late afternoon. A/C works really well!!!!

Mesquite Golf Trip

Great access to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and two casinos. Lots of room for four adults and all our golf equipment. Nice to have access to the garage. Some appliances need updating, but overall a nice home.

Comfortable convenient gathering spot

We needed a place close to the freeway- this was that, but also a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and a grocery store. The house accommodated our group of 8 easily, was comfortable and easy.

Mesquite Senior Games

Overall the property was nice, location was very convenient to the softball parks where we were playing.We had a few issues with the front door the door lock ended up being broken and we got locked in so we had to use the garage door entry.Beds are little stiffer that we are used to... We wouldve have used the backyard but it was all rocks.Owner was responsive to messages.We will consider this property for another future trip.

Excellent stay with everything we needed!

We traveled for my son’s football tournament with our family of six. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our week!The house had everything we needed to feel like home. They even had a Christmas tree left up for us while we stayed.Check in and communication were easy. Each kid had their own room and plenty od place to spread out. We drove to Vegas and St. George easily. The house was clean and well maintained but not so perfect that we were afraid to move around. The bed are indeed firm but we slept just fine. Maybe bring some extra padding if needed. Overall our stay was a 10/0. We would love to return to visit again!

Quiet, convenient and comfortable!

Family of 4 adults passing through Mesquite which have done many times. We wish we would have found this place sooner. It is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Much more pleasant and a better value than local hotel rooms!

Comfortable & spacious

Daniel was great to work with. The property itself could use some fresh paint in a few spots & maybe a professional deep clean but it wasn't gross. It just had a comfortable, used feel to it. Not one where your afraid to touch anything & worried about your kids making a mess or breaking something. It definitely beat staying in a hotel. The layout was very spacious & the neighborhood was quiet. We loved that we werent on top of each other all the time. The beds are really firm so my kids opted to sleep on the bean bags (which they loved) & on the couch. Theres no grass so that was a bummer but we took the kids & the dog for a walk next to the mountain side and let them throw rocks and it suited them fine. We would stay here again.
