Fish, sunbathe or kayak from the dock. Inside, the sectional overlooks the tranquil lake where the loons can be seen drifting by. Kayak and water toys are available for your use. Discover the attractions in the area! Cycling paths, hiking trails, local crafts, baked goods and more! Lots to keep the young ones entertained. Messines has invested heavily in its community centre which is a few km away. It has pickle ball, shuffle board, tennis and basketball courts available for all to use at no cost with plenty of free parking available. Parking is also free for anyone to bike along the paved bike trans Canada path. Many, many hiking trails, skidoo and cross country ski trauks are all nearby including Mont Morissette trails with a lookout tower which is a must see!
