“Okay this may be my new favorite hidden gem hotel in San Antonio! First off, the staff was absolutely top notch! Heather was phenomenal during check in! She was so great with my cranky overstimulated kids! She absolutely made our night with her kindness! Even the other hotel guests were incredibly kind with us and our children! The construction was annoying, I-35 is bad enough-but our trip was excellent and this hotel far exceeded my expectations!!”

“Front desk girl was super helpful since my Expedia booking wasn’t showing at the time I arrived she provided with the phone number. She talked to them over the phone and secured a room in case Expedia reservation didn’t show in her system.”
