âThis was not a great ESA and I wouldn't recommend it. There are others in the area Like at Wolfchase, that are better. The staff here were unhelpful and didn't care about the customers. They were "fake smiling" when they told people there were no dishes or cookware and wouldn't be any in the future. The desk clerk told me to "go buy some"! I explained to her that I stayed at ESAs because of the kitchens and cooking wares. She actually seemed glad to tell me there's no services like that at Apple...
âThis hotel was in a very convenient area. Central to just about everything. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. I will say that more handicap parking is needed near the entrances to the hotel. â
âStaff was great, easy check in and check out, room was beautiful. Only drawback was very limited breakfast and they provided foam plates so couldnât even cook the oatmeal in the microwave. Everything else was very goodâ

"Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed.
Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business.
Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. "
