“I recently visited the Executive Lounge at the Hilton Hotel in Pampanga and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience.
First, the level of hospitality and attentiveness from the staff did not meet the standards one would expect from a premium executive lounge. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
