The policy is posted on Expedia when you book the reservation. This has been the hotel’s policy for years and will continue to be the police. The hotel follows all of the policies to the fullest. You also received a email that has the hotel’s policies included when you made the reservation. Since this reservation was made through a third party the hotel has no control on reservations that slip though that are local reservations, soon as we find out we make sure to follow the policy. The hotel did not collect any type of payment. Expedia is who you need to contact for refund. We do not and never have had a “rat problem “ we keep a very clean hotel. Please contact Expedia for your refund.
