The customer service is consistently excellent, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and make everything easy. The location can’t be beat; getting to the United Center is quick and stress-free. I’ve tried other places, but none compare. This hotel has become my go-to in Chicago, and I highly recommend it.

“ I wished i had known about the microwave. And the refrigerator was full size! These are great features to know about. I appreciate the fact that they have parking but it was inconvenient to find out their lot was full and I'd have to use a parking garage ($$). That was unexpected and not fun finding out after hours of traveling. I liked the amenities even if it was a take and go breakfast selection. Free bottles of water and coffee were also niceties to appreciate. ”
“I had a lovely stay at the parthenon hostel. The staff were very helpful with pointing out a place to park and cleaning quickly to accommodate an early check in. They also did a great job keeping the bathrooms and common areas clean. ”

"As a swede, my opinon is that hotels in US can differ so much in quality, but this hotel is really a gem! Very clean, fresh and a great feeling everywhere. Friendly staff, great gym and in general a high quality experience. We booked with breakfast, and the breakfast is worth its price. Overall, a really great experience!"
