Polanco is a highly pedestrian area, where you can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the street life on its main streets. The area is well connected by public transportation and close to main central attractions through Uber or taxis.

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus one additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights..

All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies.
