This was a fabulous apartment for our family of 6. Spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood was beautiful and there was a great little cafe right outside the front door. Host was communicative and helpful.

Overall, this is a very good rental for groups. The common entertainment area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice and large. The bedrooms were all good except for one that was a bit smaller and connected to the outdoor laundry room. Bathrooms all modern and good sized. One shower needs some attention as the flow was all pins and needles and not pleasant. Ample hot water for everyone’s bathing. Location was good, although it should be noted that it’s next to the Walmart and somewhat noisy in the warehouse area. A few things need attention- two picture frames fell off the wall in the middle of the night in one of the bedrooms. It was obvious that this was not the first time at least one of them had fallen (frame and glass was taped up). In the same room, our guests were temporarily locked in their room because the door handle/lock system was loose. Fortunately, we were able to work on the door handle to get it unlocked. The dining chairs are in need of some new padding/upholstery- you have to sit in a hole in some of them. The lighting is very poor in the living and dining rooms for reading or playing games. Lamps would help for sure. There are lots of windows, but you won’t want to open any of them other than the front terrace door because of the unsightly views out of every one of them. Some small updates/repairs could take care of all of these issues.

Comfortable, pleasant stay

It was nice to be within walking distance of Chapultepec Park, to have a coffee shop right downstairs, and an excellent tacqueria right around the corner, along with a grocery store!

Perfect apartment to fit family for a wedding

Description and photos were very accurate. It was great to have a bedroom/bathroom for each of my adult married children to stay together while in town for a family wedding. We had one small problem with hot water which they fixed quickly. They had everything we needed. It was very safe and in a great location.

Top notch apt, unreasonable cancellation policy

The location & apartment itself was exceptional; host very responsive & helpful when internet went down. Fiber optic cable was repaired promptly. My only disappointment was the 60 day cancellation policy. We went from 8 to 4 people 5 weeks in advance and would get no refund if we cancelled, so we were stuck with a place 2x what we wanted.

Spring in Mexico City

A perfect apartment in a perfect location. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of a city over 20 million, as it was so quiet. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Excellent coffee shop in the base of the building and a large supermarket right around the corner. Wonderful restaurants in walkable distance. The apartment was very spacious and kitchen was as well equipped as my own. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in a great location

This was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. From this location we could walk to the store, restaurants, street vendors, and Chapultepec Park. We loved it! The apartment is great and had everything we needed (including umbrellas!) Coffee shop at street level. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries.

Perfect Mexico City Get Away

This property is as great as advertised! It is located walking distance from shops, coffee, pastries, fantastic restaurants and Chapultepec Park. Our first time in this amazing city and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The property was in a safe, great location, spacious, and clean. So many things were within walking distance. There is a Walmart around the corner which was convenient to get any groceries or essentials. The owner was great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great for 4 couples

We planned a family vacation with our adult children and their +1s and this was a perfect apt. Great neighborhood and the 4 bed, 4 bath apt gave each couple private space in addition to large shared space. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for the few meals we cooked at home during our 10 day stay. Highly recommend this location for a wonderful CDMX experience.

Excellent condo for a large group

I was with a group of 8 friends and this property was perfect. It was much larger than we anticipated, and having 4 bathrooms was so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and well located. Having the Walmart express right around the corner was extremely convenient for getting groceries. Lorenza was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend this space for anyone coming to Mexico City.
