About this space
It is the perfect starting point to explore CDMX as it has all the amenities of the home. This fantastic gateway south of the CDMX is only a 10-minute drive from Coyoacán Historic Center and Casa Frida Khalo, and 20 minutes from Foro Sol and Azteca Stadium.This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit!
The space
This is a space consisting of several sections laid out as follows:

Section 1
This space has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with capacity for 6 people, it has a well equipped kitchenette, living room and dining area with SmartTV, there are no stairs so it is ideal for those who do not like to climb stairs or have difficulty making it friendly with seniors and people of reduced mobility as it is on the ground floor.
Section 2
It has two bedrooms and a full bathroom that seats 6 people, living room with Smart TV for your streaming apps and a double sofa bed and a dining table. It is ideal for those who require a comfortable and practical space without a kitchen, but if with an open plan living room, where the whole group or family can meet to plan their next adventure with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy healthy fruit or snacks.
Section 3
It is a double room with a full bathroom and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, space to work equipped with a coffee maker, smart TV for your streaming apps such as Netflix friendly with seniors and with people with reduced mobility since it is on the ground floor.

BATHROOM: The 4 bathrooms are equipped with soap toiletries, towels and toilet paper.

KITCHEN and DINING ROOM: The kitchenette is fully equipped and has a full line of home appliances along with all the necessary crockery and more.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free wifi (up to 75 Mbps) and smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

No Good!

There was no hot water in the up stairs showers. The breaker would constantly jump. We were never ask if we needed more clean towels. Also there is no heater or an air conditioner. Also there is only one front door we would have to share if another family would have rented the Vrbo In the same complex. We didn't like that idea. The lady that meet us at the house ask us to also water the plants. Who does that?
