Welcome to our spacious apartment nestled in Del Valle Norte, just a few steps away from Av. Insurgentes or Av. División del Norte, and two blocks away from WTC, so it is perfect for groups that attend events or conferences.



The Space:

Our spacious and bright 3-BDR retreat features a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa cama for additional guests (by request). Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, tv and a balcony. Situated near main avenues, it offers easy access to all the city has to offer while ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for families and groups alike.

It is on the 3rd floor, to use the elevator you will need a card that is on the table, so you will have to use the stairs first. Please don't lose the card, or it will cost $500MXN to replace it.

We have a parking spot suitable for compact cars, if you have a bigger car we can send you public parking options.



Guest Access:

A building guard will open the door downstairs and ask you to register, then you can enter the apartment with a digital lock.



The Neighborhood:

Del Valle is a peaceful neighborhood located in the southern part of Mexico City just 15 min away from Condesa/Roma and 20 min from Coyoacan. Its tranquility and safety make it a sought-after area for residents and visitors alike.



This area offers a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those looking for a peaceful escape within the bustling city.

Before booking, please:



1.⁠ ⁠Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2.⁠ ⁠By local laws, IDs for all guests are requested including minors and the person who booked.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.

* Once the reservation is booked, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as changes of dates.





* In Mexico City we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend you to be aware of the weather forecast and pack your bags with the clothes that best fits according to the weather.



* Mexico City has presented water outages in some areas. Given the possibility of lack of service, we will be attentive at all times.



*The parking lot is only for normal cars, no large vans can fit.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
