My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Positives: Paul (the owner?) is very helpful, speaks English, recommended great dining options; area is very safe with multiple cute cafes on every block and corner; equal distance from most tourist attractions. Negatives: the rest of the staff does not speak English; we complained on the bathroom water tank filling very slowly (15 min or so) after each flush and on the bathroom sink draining poorly; unfortunately neither problem was fixed.

Great Little hotel.
Very comfortable and clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. There are a couple of deep steps that are a bit hard to get off or on if you use a cane, like my mom. But the staff was there to help her.

Accueil chaleureux et une bienveillance hors norme
Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux et très attentionné. Notre vol ayant du retard, nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et épuisés. Nous étions attendus et nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Je recommande chaudement cet hébergement.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant. En revanche, certaines chambres jouxtent le restaurant voisin qui fait dancing, et la musique est très forte jusque tard dans la nuit.

I don't know how this place has such a good rating... It's probably the location, which is the only redeeming quality. The place basically feels like a hostel, not a hotel. I was charged for my stay BEFORE I even arrived. Only one person working there spoke English. On Friday and Saturday night there was some sort of party going on both nights where you heard women screaming at the top of their lungs until the wee hours of the morning. The hallways are very noisy and the walls are thin. You can hear everything. I would not stay here again.

Room was clean and just good amount of space. It's In a very central place, near parks and food options. There's no lift so take note if you would find that inconvenient, it was fine by me. Staff doesn't speak English as much as you'd like but it works with minimal contact anyway. Highly recommended!

Peaceful rest after a long flight

It was a perfect location, clean, had a lovely, low key atmosphere, just the right amount of amenities without being over the top. Great value. Paul spoke English so that really helped. I would absolutely stay here again.

Accueil parfait, le propriétaire est adorable, j’avais un soucis d’imprimante et besoin de faire un test anti génique le 31 décembre pour pouvoir rentrer en France, il a appelé plusieurs laboratoires pour savoir lequel était ouvert. Chambre parfaite, calme, propre. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville, profiter des restaurants, bars et autres merveilles de la ville. Je recommande complètement cet hôtel.

Location is perfect and great people work here
We had a nice experience here. I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and so helpful, particularly when we had a problem retrieving the COVID 19 test results email from the lab, Carlos saved the day for us for that... we needed those results to fly back to the USA! Room was kind of small, nothing too special but no problem with it. It was so quiet and we slept comfortably. Highly recommend this hotel. Oh and l loved the shower!

Básico, confortable y muy bien ubicado
El hotel tiene las comodidades necesarias para estar cómodo, simple pero confortable. Súper bien ubicado ! La atención y servicio muy amables ! Nos toco una habitación en el interior por lo que no se escuchaba ruidos de afuera , ya que leí otros comentarios que había mucho ruido.

This property is in a great location. Lots of tourists. Lots of restaurants and bars all at walking distance. Very safe place, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room was very cute and aesthetically nice, the bed was very comfortable. There is no noise from neighboring surroundings. Overall I had a great time!

Great place to stay!
Excellent place to stay in every way. Paul and Carlos are amazing hosts, the hotel is super clean and comfortable. The decoration is slick and modern. Our night spent there was quiet. Two things to note, are the steep stairs and I wished there was a bit more offered with your morning coffee, like pastries or cookies. But having said that, there is a Cinnabon next door and a Starbucks two blocks away. Plenty to do in the area, plenty restaurants, convinient stores, groceries, coffee shops, bars, and parks. I will stay there again when visiting Mexico City.

Sweet boutique in a great neighborhood
This place is super sweet. Quite neighborhood, short walk to cute cafes and restaurants. We got there late night and walked around the neighborhood safely. Hotel staff were so amazing, accommodating, kind, and helpful.

Excellent service, location, bed is a dream
Staff were so accomodating: I landed 5am and got an early check in at 7am and a late check out at 2pm. The bed and pillow are A DREAM. Felt like sleeping in clouds. Impeccable clean room, with amenities in the best area, la condeza.

La estancia fue muy placentera, el lugar limpio y la atención más que excelente, la ubicación nos quedó perfecta. lo único que, sin ser un problema, nos desorientó un poco, fue que no encontrábamos el lugar, porque no tiene anuncios y al principio no tuvimos precaución en fijarnos bien en el número del domicilio porque ibamos pensando en anuncio de hotel en la fachada, pero como esto no fue mayor problema, lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda me volvería a hospedar aqui.
