- Once your reservation is confirmed, please inform us of your arrival time to schedule someone to receive you. Otherwise, access to the property may not be granted.

- You must provide a photo of your official ID and that of your companion(s); otherwise, check-in cannot be completed.

- The same applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Only one parking space is available.

- No visitors are allowed.

- Amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.

- An extra charge (Late Check-in) will apply if you arrive after the check-in time. (From 4PM to 8PM)
