The space
Renovated space in a safe and tree-lined street in La Condesa. Apartment comfortable, cozy and super clean, with lots of natural light. The beds are King (1), Queen (2) and double (1), completely new and their pillows, towels, sheets and duvet also new and soft to sleep very well.

Each room has a desk to work on. It also has a large room with very comfortable sofas and a lounge area to relax and read or rest.
There are 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is just the right size and has everything you need to cook and feel at home. It has a hob, coffee maker, toaster, blender, stove, refrigerator and multiple cooking utensils, all new. Dining room with great capacity.
Also, we have a lovely terrace with a view where you can sit and have a glass of wine at the end of your day, or have a barbecue and live.
Guest access
- Guests have access to the entire spacious apartment located in the penthouse of a building of 50 that consists of 4 levels. Please keep in mind that there is no elevator.
- It has Smart-tv, Wi-Fi 30Mbps and Chromecast so you can use your devices while staying here.
- You will find coffee and tea for a good start in the morning or a warm afternoon.
- Michoacan's market is only one block away from the apartment, there are also two convenience stores 24/7 located one block away.
Other things to note
- In stays of more than one week, change of sheets and towels and complementary cleaning is offered, without cost.
- We do not have a washing machine, but there are many laundries in the neighborhood.
- Neither the apartment nor the building suffered any damage with the earthquake of 19Sept2017.
