Great!
It’s overall a great place! Very nicely decorated, clean and confortable. Great location! The only downside is that the walls and doors are thin so you’ll hear anyone in the kitchen or corridor (it wasn’t bothering or noisy though) and everyone outside can hear what you’re doing in your room. I would stay there again for sure! Highly recommend it!

Thank you for your stay and nice review. We are inside of a 1930’s building, we are trying to respect and rebuild the original design. That’s why we don’t have sound proof rooms. We decided to sacrifice that for the design. However we ask everyone to be respectful with the roomies.

Gracias por sus comentarios, nos ayudan a mejorar cada día. Lamentamos que se molestaran por el cargo del transporte que cancelaron, no pudimos hacer otra cosa ya que cancelaron el servicio con el auto en la puerta. Gracias nuevamente por su estancia.

Staying at Don Jacinto was such a treat! I felt safe, it was super conscientious, the staff was so helpful with anything I ever asked for, there was always plenty of filtered water available, my room bathroom was perfect. The bed was great, I’m so thrilled with everything. They are so thoughtful, you can see it in how they clean. The Cheka room is a little dark, but I didn’t care because the bathroom had a ton of light so I used that area to get ready. The location is literally perfect. Close to everything. Safe, walkable. I’d book again in a heartbeat. Incredibly affordable too. I was a solo traveler and felt great my entire stay. Thank you so much to everyone!!!!! Oh and it’s the best water pressure I think I’ve ever showered in!

Excellent place to stay in Mexico City. Very close to the heart of the city. A beautiful park is within walking distance and a short inexpensive Uber rides are available to anywhere in the central area of the city! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent!

This was an absolutely perfect location for enjoying some of the best parts of Mexico City. The room is quaint and very cute, and the staff was available to take care of all of our needs.

Servicio y limpieza excelente, no A/C pero el ventilador es suficiente . Hay algunos detalles que ocupan mantenimiento pero tiene una ubicación excelente , la vista en Tina es muy linda y se siente mucha seguridad al caminar en sus alrededores. A pesar de estar muy céntrico, se conecta muy bien con las principales avenidas sin estar precisamente sobre alguna de ellas

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, las condiciones de la propiedad son excelentes, muy accesible. La habitación (Meche) es muy bonita, bien decorada, limpia y práctica. Tiene muchos detalles bonitos y amenidades. En cuanto al servicio fue un poco extraño que una señora quiso entrar con la llave mucho antes del Check out. Seguramente una encargada, ahi considero faltó un poquito de atención por qué seguramente no sabía que estaba ocupada la habitación. Por lo demás el lugar es muy agradable y conveniente. Seguramente lo tomaré en cuenta nuevamente cuando me hospede en CDMX.

The name stay and sip is somewhat misleading. The apartment is very spacious and has comfortable rooms. The location was great and walkable to a lot of sites. However, It was not worth the price of the stay. Even though I was in contact with the owner- I had a wait to be able to get in. There were no clear instructions upon arrival and was bombarded with WhatsApp messages on my first day on door locks, WiFi, not opening windows, and amenities (all that could have been shared before or in a handbook.) there was no hot water on our first night and we had to call the owner in- and made to believe we were lying about not having hot water. It just lacked tact and professionalism even down to the “bottle of wine” to receive us that was a cheap dollar store wine that was not a VIP experience at all. Condesa is an amazing area, but I’ve have much better experiences at other stays.

Really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and staff was wonderful. Only piece of feedback were that the shower was either too hot or too cold, but everything else was outstanding, highly recommend!!!

Really good location, many restaurantes around and coffee shows. Is clean the People who works there are really nice and always available. But the weather was really hot and the room do Not have air conditionair and also the hot water is impossible is a really old machine.

The location was great! And the staff was very responsive. Even reached out to me first to ensure I know how to get the location and etc. They were very kind to me about checking out late too, just generally helpful. However what I did not enjoy is that I wish I knew ahead of time that there were no windows behind the blinds in the bedroom and that the main hallway would be so loud. The hallway has an echo and the doors and rooms are not sound proofed so every step someone takes in the wood floor, or worse simply closes their door or someone’s dark barks, it would be amplified by the echo and this would wake me up several times a night.

I will say that the images provided for this property make me consider that they have other properties with the same name and a variant location. The licha room was very much like the description. However, some of the property images made me feel that this location had a larger lobby area, and also somewhat lower level area to roam. This is not the case, and I will warn anyone who has heavy luggage that this property does not have an elevator. Keep this in mind. The property is conveniently located to nice restaurants, the Chapultepec metro station, and it is a safe area to roam. Although the property was clean, and the hospitality did keep in touch through Whatsapp text, the only disappointment I have had is that I had paid for this property ahead of time through Expedia. The lady when I got there took my card and perhaps with a bit of language barrier didn't inform me that she was charging me again for both nights! I believed that she was just putting hold on card, but learned once I got home I got double charged!

Perfect weekend!
This was an amazing place! Close in proximity to delicious restaurants and bars. The apartment style room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alexa is wonderful at making sure we were taken care of. Will stay here again. The only complaint was the elevator was out of order. And apparently it’s been out of order for a while. We were on the 5th floor and one with challenged movement will have a hard time with the stairs.

MarcoYou didn't show up at the hotel and even though we were super flexible with the check in time and gave you options; you are giving us a bad rating of a place you don't know.We find that unfortunate.
