The apartment offers 108 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Located on the garden level, it features a private terrace that creates a comfortable outdoor extension of the apartment and adds to its sense of privacy.



The building also includes an elevator and a welcoming lobby area for added convenience throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you a unique digital access code on the day of check-in. Each code is generated specifically for your stay, allowing you to access your apartment safely and independently—no keys needed.

You're in the heart of Polanco, just steps away from gourmet restaurants, luxury shops, and green spaces like Parque Lincoln. The area is perfect for those seeking a balance between calm and urban energy.



Getting Around:

The location couldn’t be better: El Palacio de Hierro is just two blocks away, while the Soumaya Museum and Antara Fashion Hall are less than a 20-minute walk. Ride-shares and taxis are always readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is available on request and subject to availability (1 space). Access is via a vehicle lift; size restrictions apply. Suitable for standard-size cars and small/mid-size SUVs only. Not suitable for full-size SUVs, pickups, vans, or armored vehicles.



Pets are welcome. A maximum weight of 10 kg per pet applies. An additional fee of $80 USD per pet applies for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a pet.
