Modern and cozy apartment with a large terrace and plenty of inside amenities such as gym, pool and roofgarden in the heart of Colonia Condesa, where you will find a place to shelter from the hustle and bustle of the City after a day of visiting, or simply a starting point to get to know it.



The Space:

The space is clean and elegant, but at the same time it is cozy and relaxed. The terrace that runs the length of the apartment invites guests to enjoy and contemplate urban life.



It has a work area so you can stay connected or finish your tasks from the office, or just sit down and write your tasks for the next day.



The apartment motivates you to feel at home, since it is fully equipped, so you do not have to worry about anything. (Premium amenities, Streaming Channels, Bose/Marshall speaker and Nespresso machine).



Whether you come for pleasure or business, you can walk or bike to most of the city's tourist attractions, as well as business centers.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the accommodation and the building’s amenities—make yourself at home and feel comfortable throughout your stay.



To keep everything running smoothly, visits are not permitted unless registered in advance. If you’d like to add extra guests, you’re very welcome to do so for an additional fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per night.



If you need the sofa bed prepared, we’re happy to arrange it for an extra fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per stay.



Parking requires advance reservation in order to grant access.



The Neighborhood:

Condesa neighborhood wide tree-lined avenues, stately art nouveau mansions, and well-preserved art deco apartment buildings give the upscale La Condesa neighborhood a distinctive European feel. Hipsters walk the dogs in shady Parque España and young professionals discover new trends in cutting-edge boutiques. Stylish alfresco cafes, trendy international bistros, and casual taquerias dot the area. At night, the younger crowd fills the luxury bars and nightclubs.



Getting Around:

The Hipodromo Condesa neighborhood is an area for walking. Its streets are wooded and it has wide ridges. You can rent a bike right at the corner of the property, and on Sundays you can quietly cycle through the streets that are closed for this.



Keep and carry your metrobus card with you, since with it you can recharge it at the metro ticket offices or Metrobus stations, and travel to learn more about the city in these two types of transport



Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.



Please note that, as this is a condominium, access to amenities is managed by the building administration rather than by us. Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. This is beyond our control and does not affect the accommodation service.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re here to support you throughout your stay and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. You can reach our hosts at any time—preferably via WhatsApp—or by calling the numbers provided in your check-in instructions or available in the apartment. Our regular support hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.



We usually respond within an hour; however, replies may take a little longer during nighttime hours. For urgent matters, we remain available after 10 pm. We’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure you have a smooth, pleasant, and worry-free stay.
