As you enter, you're greeted by an illuminated open living space, a plush L-shaped sofa and plenty of seating options, and a Smart TV with premium cable channels for relaxing downtime moments at home.

There’s a kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal at home and a dining table in mid-room that seats 8 to enjoy meals together with great mealtime conversation!

If you’re a remote worker, you’re in luck, as there’s good Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and plenty of places to set up your laptop and work.

There are 4 bedrooms to retreat and recharge and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests as such:

Getting Around:
The Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 7.8 miles | 12.6 km from the apartment. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times vary greatly depending on the time of day.

If you come by car, there is paid parking nearby. You can also take a registered taxi, Uber or public transportation. Popular landmarks such as the Angel of Independence and the Historic Center are just a short drive or subway ride away.

Other Things to Note:
Important information to know before booking:

Mexico City is going through a decrease in the water supply until April 2024. This measure has been taken to ensure in the medium term that the supply of water delivered from the Cutzamala System, whose overall storage level has been reduced as a result the drought that has affected the country in recent years.
It is important to mention that there is enough water on the property, in case of shortage we will provide water through an external distributor, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding.

There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.

There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property by accessing the keys in the lockbox. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
