  • Brand new 7 bedroom home in the heart of Roma Norte with AC in every bedroom, a private Jacuzzi and a rooftop made for sharing quality time together. Walk to the best bars, restaurants, cafes and parks in the neighborhood. Families and kids are welcome!

    THE SPACE
    The house has multiple living rooms, 6 full spacious bathrooms with hot water and hotel amenities, plus a half bathroom on the first floor next to the living room. Your own private Jacuzzi is perfect for hosting and relaxing.

    BEDROOMS (please read)
    The house has 7 large bedrooms, each with a king size bed. In 6 of the bedrooms you can choose to split the king bed into two single beds, allowing for 7 to 13 total beds and a capacity of 14 guests.

    Bedrooms 2-7: 1 King Bed OR 2 Single Beds

    All bedrooms come with brand new AC units, closet space and a safe. 6 of the 7 bedrooms have a full large bathroom with hot water, strong water pressure and ample space to get ready.

    The rooftop has a custom built dining table and a mini bar with TV, perfect for families and groups.

    LOCATION
    Located in the heart of Roma Norte, walking distance to all of the best bars, restaurants, cafes and parks.

gorgeous home, extremely well appointed, in a great location. Highly responsive hosts, and a wonderful time had by all in my party. would absolutely return, and very recommended for large groups.

Perfect Location & Great For Large Groups

We had an awesome time at this property. The property is walking distance to both La Condesa and La Roma Norte. Also, its great for large groups as everyone gets their own bedroom and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Highly recommend using the property's concierge service they offer.

Amazing location and home!

The experience overall was great! Ray and Ariane were super communicative throughout the process and provided us with everything we needed. The property has 4 floors total and you’d have to be physically mobile to enjoy the property. Otherwise, great experience overall and I highly recommend!

The place was generally great. There were a couple minor things that we could overlook (e.g., no hot water in the kitchen sink, fairly aggressive ‘outreach’ re: paid concierge services, hard time ‘finding’ the hot water in our showers, etc). However what was an absolute surprise was the very loud construction happening throughout the day on the house directly next door, which does not look to be close to being finished this year. If you plan on being out all day, this should not be an issue but we found it to be very disruptive to our (not so) quiet enjoyment of the house. They did, at least, ask us our preference between construction noise from 8-5 or 9-6 so we opted for the latter.
