You will be staying in one of the few Air Conditioned apartments that is perfectly located in Central Condesa. The flat is spacious and well lit with floor to ceiling windows and stylishly furnished. The Rooftop has a Heated Infinity Pool, a Lounge and Deck with majestic 360 views of Mexico City. The building has 24/7 Security personnel and a well equipped Gym. We pride ourselves in providing the best service for all our travelers and delivering you a wonderful experience.

The 3 BR apartment is truly central, it is one block from the renowned Amsterdam Street Nature Circuit and the local streets are lined with upscale restaurants and cafes. It is walking distance to museums, parks and cultural sites. The apartment comes with one king size, one queen size and two twin size beds that can easily accommodate 6 travelers. There are 2 A/C units, one in the master BR and another in the living room. Natural light fills the apartment and each room was specifically designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There are 2 Smart Roku TV’s (Netflix, Max, Amazon Prime, etc..), one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is great for families, groups and couples alike.

In addition to the rooftop pool and deck there is a relaxing lounge with a pool table. You will also have access to a Gym and Steam Room and Free Parking is provided.

Known as the SoHo of Mexico City, La Condesa is unique for its local culture, hip vibe, and natural setting. La Condesa is truly one of a kind. The apartment is centrally located in the middle of Condesa and is adjacent to Roma Norte. It is a short walking distance from both Parque México and Parque España. The local streets are beautifully lined with lush greenery and abundance of outdoor cafe and restaurant seating. After a nice meal take a stroll along the Amsterdam nature circuit and have some ice cream Nevería Postre-Frut.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will stay in touch to provide you all information you need to access the apartment the day of your check in.
Although we will not be there to greet you, we are one phone call or message away to assist you with whatever you need. And as mentioned earlier, there is always 24/7 security personnel to assist.
-You will be given only 1 physical key, we recommend that you leave the key in the lockbox every time you leave the apartment to avoid losing or miss placing it.
Each time you leave the key in the lockbox please shuffle the numbers including at check out.
If you lose the key there will be a $40 USD charge for a replacement.

-You will be given key card (s) for access to main entrance of the building.
If you lose the card key there will be a $20 USD charge for replacement.

-If you will be utilizing the parking space you will be provided with a control (s) to open the garage door.
If you lose or break the control there will be a $80 USD charge to cover damages.

-We kindly ask that you take care of white bedding, like sheets and duvet covers. There will be a charge $ for stained and ruined bedlinen.
