Located on a fifth floor. On a building with elevator and stairs.

Enjoy comfortable and very luminous apartment with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. And the second has a King size bed and balcony with a full bathroom outside.
You´ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Additionally, you´ll have a dining room to enjoy your meals.

Rest and binge watch movies in the living room with our Smart TV. if you need to work, you can do so at the desk.

The building has some special amenities such as:
-Surveillance 24/7
-Gym
-Paid laundry
-Rooftop

If you wish to extend your stay, we have more than 400 properties in Mexico.

We are petfriendly and love hosting furry ones. You may be asked for a $30 USD deposit which will be given back after checking out if no damage is found.

In case of non-compliance, a fine of $500USD and the immediate cancellation of the reservation will be charged, so they must vacate the apartment.
