“The room was shabby. One of the towels was dirty and there were blood stains on the bedsheets. The door was bad so it was hard to close it and you could smell marijuana in the room. The staff at breakfast was unhelpful and instead of serving the customers they were barking at them. The breakfast was very poor with no veggies and lacking diversity. The cooked eggs were green. Good access to parking and easy access to Busch Gardens but at night, a walk outside of the hotel is not recommended. ”

“We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move...

“Vidrigt hotell. Otrevlig och inte alls vilja jobba eller ge godtagbar service. Extremt smutsigt i pool området med t.o.m. säkerhets utrusningen som används som badleksaker. Poolen ser inte alls ut som på bilderna. Sängarna under all kritik, knakar och gnäller. Städning ingår så länge man inte bor 5 nätter. Man får bara en schampoo per dygn på två personer och ingen duschtvål. Frukosten väldigt enkel och slafsig. Ska aldrig bo på den här kedjan mera.”

“Bad: It was easy to here noises from people in other rooms and when they walking in hallway and try tonget in there own rooms. Also hear the traffic from outside. Good: The girl in reception was very nice and friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Big bed that was quit solid ( I have back problem) so I was little worried but it whent fine :) Parking was easy and included in my stay. Good:”

“I would not call this place a hotel, but rather a hostel. Check in is unusual....a virtual kiosk where the person on the screen is somewhere in India, and is extremely pushy and persistent on made up, non standard rules and policies. If I were not limited in my timing options, I would have walked out of the hostel prior to even going to the room. The hallways have an "odor" which made me question the cleanliness. The rooms were very basic, but you can tell the operator did not want to take...
