“Parking is always very secure huge structure inside with plenty of security. Cleaning staff and front desk is very nice. However, servers at the buffet need better. Customer service waiters are great though the room looked clean, but if you take off your shoes, you can fill the dirt on the floor. The windows did not have a protection screen and we were upstairs. We did have my five-year-old so that was pretty scary since we didn’t find that out until my 15-year-old told me there’s no screen.”

“No me avisaron que tenia de dar depósito por habitación cuando antes de hacer el Check in. Sería bueno que notificarán antes de la recervacion para tener en cuenta eso.”
