âI enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! âAmazing staff, I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years when I visit a few times each year. It is actually condo full mini apartment flat with kitchen sink , microwave, fridge and plates etc. kitchen table. Nice balcony for each unit. âFoxwood House is a historic building with the main house and several out buildings. I had originally booked Coach House. we arrived in the dark (cause it sets early here) and basically just unpacked, exhausted from long flight.
