“No it was not safe at all people hanging around parki g lot smoking drigs the room had water stains in the room every where bathroom had a big mildew stain on ceiling”

“We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...

“For those seeking affordable and comfortable accommodations for a short stay, this property fits the bill. It's like a hotel room in the back of the house, complete with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything was very clean and organized. My only complaint was the guests in the next room, who were quite noisy until very late at night.
