Great place!
Lovely property- was super happy with the room, the pool, and the gym. Also had great communication with hosts. And wow what a fabulous location!! We had such a fun trip to Miami and will definitely be back!

Family wedding stay
Family wedding in Miami. Decided to book thru VRBO. Was quite pleased with the whole experience. Owner communicated all necessary information. Room was as expected-clean, comfortable, great location and view. Elevators a bit slow and disappointed that restaurant was closed but all in all was happy with my stay and would recommend.

Very nice location
Great area walkable to a lot of Restaraunt’s and shops . Host was very accessible and responded quickly. Pool and hot tub great closes at sundown. Room could use some updates. Carpeting is old needs to be replaced or cleaned. Only one burner on stove works . Could use a new frying pan . Lighting in bathroom is dim could use updating. For the price was a good deal . Beautiful views from balcony.

Great location and great view!
We loved Marie’s place! Steps from Coco Walk and a beautiful water view. Her place was clean and comfortable and perfect for my daughter and I. We tried the pool but weren’t paying attention to time. It was after 6 so already closed-bummer! But we would definitely go back again. The lobby was clean and lovely and I communicated with Marie several times. She was kind and responsive and lovely. Would absolutely stay here again!

The view is everything
Property balcony was nice, could use update furniture on it but that is all out the window when u see the view. The neighbor hood surrounding the property has ships and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool is amazing. I had some issues with bathroom for being broken and falling on my foot and the cleaning not being completed before we arrived. The room is located on the highest floor , staff was nice, parking was . It has everything I needed stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The unit also provided beach chairs and umbrella’s. The bath towels could be replaced they looked dingy and there was no WiFi. All in all the hood definitely out weighed the bad. I would recommend this unit!!!!

The view is even better than the photos!
Check-in was smooth, and the desk staff were friendly and efficient. They even went above and beyond in helping me retrieve an unreachable item I had accidentally dropped from the pool deck. The beds were comfy, the balcony was absolutely fantastic, and the kitchenette was really nice to have for making quick breakfast before each day's adventures. Pity that gorgeous pool wasn't open past 6pm, but oh well. Can't be helped. A few really lovely restaurants were within footsteps of the hotel lobby. I wish we'd had more time to explore the immediate area further. Hopefully another time! I would stay here again, for sure. Evenings spent relaxing on that balcony, watching the stars over the marina and city with a beverage were so lovely!

Beautiful view
This room has a beatiful view of the marina. Nice little kitchenette. Walking distance to charter fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing. Nice restaurants all around. Everything was as advertised and hassle free.

Great location and view!
Stayed for 3 nights while exploring Miami on the way to Key West. The location was great and walking distance to everything in Coconut Grove and just a short drive from everything we wanted to see in Miami. Highly recommend!

Easy to access property and everything was available as laid out in the advertisment. The view is breathtaking of course. Some wear and tear though, could use some new lounge chairs and updating, but would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again. Hosts provided everything we needed in the email before our stay and we had no problems accessing the parking or the room.

First time in Miami
This location was amazing. There are great restaurants in walking distance including Green Street Cafe and Lulus. You can walk down to the water and see the boats docked. There is a restaurant in the hotel, Panorama, with an amazing view of the Biscayne Bay. The room was extremely clean and the balcony had a great view of the city and bay. The front desk employees were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was amazing. We traveled to Key Largo for the day and it only took 1 hour. We went to Brickell to experience the night life, only 10 minutes away. We went to South Beach, which only took 20 minutes. Finally we went to Hard Rock Stadium, only 30 minutes away. We loved the location and the property managers. They checked in multiple times during our stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. Comes with a parking pass which was huge! The only reason I gave 2 stars for check-in was because there was a miscommunication with house keeping and our room was not ready the night we got there. The owners booked us another hotel room for the night and we had to move over to our room in the morning. It was stressful to have to move around but the owners were in contact with us the entire time to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could get into our room ASAP. Thank you Louis and Maria for making it a great weekend trip! Would definitely recommend this property.

A place to come back to....
What you see is what you get and more! The balcony has a great view of the bay. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance that were awesome. We shopped, we ate, we drank, and we walked back to the apartment. The pool is great, I recommend the Mojito!! We worked out in the gym and we also dined at the Panarama restaurant one night when it was raining. The rain ended by the time we finished our dinner and back out we went!! Great centralized location to everywhere! We definitely recommend staying here. Great price! Thank You Maria and Louis!

Perfect in every way
My husband and I stayed here for five nights while visiting with family. The room was perfect, fully stocked with everything we needed so that we didn’t need to purchase toiletries at the local CVS. It has a small kitchen with amenities so we were able to enjoy a cup of coffee when we woke up. The room is Oversized with two queen beds and had a balcony overlooking the marina. The beautiful pool and it’s staff were a wonderful plus for us. The hotel’s location is amazing within walking distance to many eateries and shops. I could not be happier with my choice and am remaining hopeful that I can stay here again on my next trip.

Birthday weekend
It was so easy checking in. All the hotel staff is super friendly. The owner sent out all the steps to checking in. Couldn't be more easy. The property itself its amazing. Has all the commodities you might need and Starbucks is less than a block away so it was perfect. The view from the room is beautiful couldn't have had a better time in coconut grove for my birthday. Will definitely stay at this property again in future trips.

Nice apartment with some failures.
The location is great and the view from the 21th floor excellent. But there are some points which are not so good. There is a small kitchen line, but not really a space available to eat. If the rules says that towels which are stained with make up are fined with 10$ so we await clean towels but some of them are more grey/black as white. The same for the bathroom rug. There was only one dish towel and this was dirty. There were no additional trash bags. One of the chairs on the balcony is really damaged so one of us got a cut on the arm.

Great Place!
We enjoyed this unit for 3 nights. Everything in the description was spot on. Loved the balcony! We had lunch in the restaurant and it was delicious. Pool looked inviting but we were busy going to the Miami Tennis Open. Building staff were excellent. The parking in the garage was easy and safe. The few questions we had, Louis or Marie were quick to respond. Thanks for providing such a nice place for us. I am sure we will be back:)

You can’t beat this deal! Unbelievable price for a rental that is clean, comfortable, furnished nicely and has a fabulous view of the water and the city. With this low price comes free covered parking, a beautiful pool overlooking the water, and very close proximity to the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove - a 3 minute walk. This condo is in a beautiful hotel and your rental comes with all the amenities. We highly recommend having a pitcher of Coconut grove mojitos at Lulu’s and their dinners were great too. For a delicious breakfast and fabulous Americano coffee go to Le Pan Quotidien. This rental was great - would definitely go back.

The room was totally like it appeared in the photos. It was comfortable and clean.
Easy check in easy check out. Parking pass was in the room and the covered garage was easily accessed from the elevator area. Parking is a BIG plus if you have a car. Public lots cost up to $35. For 24 hrs. Street parking is also pay by the hour. The apartment is like a hotel room(which it was in the past). The pool on the 8th floor is lovely and there is a small bar and cafe adjacent to the pool. There is room service if you want or you can bring food and drinks up yourself. The location is PERFECT. Walk out and there are numerous opportunities for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fast food , cafes and hi end dining. Walk to the marina or go shopping. I would recommend staying here anytime. The hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. We will be back out on our next trip.

Very nice and safe
If you're visiting Miami and are looking for a nice and safe place to stay with a covered and free parking, this is the place for you. Coconut Grove is a 1/2 hour drive from Miami. The flat is situated on the 21st floor, it's very quiet and has an amazing seaview. There's a nice swimming pool on the 8th floor, a spa and a gym (towels are provided). The staff of the front desk is very helpful. You don't even have to cook though the flat is well fitted : there's a fresh market in a few minutes drive. I will definitely recommend this flat.

Overall a nice stay
We arrived for check on time. The hotel did not have our reservation details and could not check us in. We contacted the owners/contact person and eventually they processed our booking and we were allowed in the room (about an hour later). The hotel was lovely as was our room. All essentials including bathroom and kitchen items were provided. The only downside to the room was that there was a large damp patch in the kitchen area which was probably due to a faulty air conditioning unit. We had a nice view of the marina to the right and the town to the left. Comfortable beds and good size room. Coconut Grove is an interesting area with the marina restaurants bars parks all closeby. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute drive. The car parking facility on site was really useful. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for two nights and the unit was as advertised. The weather was rainy so we couldn't fully enjoy the deck and the great views of the harbor to the right. The beds were comfortable and there was a great selection of pillows, from extra soft to firm. The bathroom was nice, good water pressure in the shower and alot of good towels were provided. Shampoo and body wash was provided, but no hair conditioner. There's a self serve laundry on the 6th floor which we used and appreciated, as we had just come off of a 7 day cruise. There is a restaurant and bar on the 8th floor, which was handy since the rain prevented us from exploring the nearby area. The front desk did provide an umbrella for one excursion I made to the local mini mart grocery, which is about 2 blocks away. My suggestion to make this unit even better is the addition of a small bistro table and 2 chairs in the large gap area between the chest of drawers and the kitchen. That way two people could sit and eat. The owner's quickly responded when I contacted them about checking in early and they notified the front desk to allow us to do so. Staying here was a positive experience :)

Very Impressive
It is a very lovely apartment located in very nice area surrounding with nice restaurants, fitness and shopping stores. The building has swim pool and cafeteria on 8th Floor with beautiful view. There also has beautiful beach view from the balcony. It is only 20mins to Port of Miami for all the cruise line. I really had a great time for the stay.

Great Location, Great View
Really enjoyed our recent stay. Had never been to Miami area before but found this location to be very convenient for visiting popular sites in Miami area as well as walking to nearby parks. Great views from place of marina and enjoyed sitting at the pool. All of the staff in the building were very helpful and friendly. The only one little drawback is the small kitchenette was tight but manageable. If we’re back in the area, we would definitely come back here.
