The resort features a beautiful heated outdoor pool where you can relax in the sun or take a refreshing swim, while enjoying the scenic views of Intracoastal Waterway and surrounding buildings.



The pool area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas and offers towel service for the pool and the beach.

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
