Good hotel
Hello, This was my third stay at the hotel, so obviously I like it. This time I must say that all things seemed to have declined a bit. The room’s slightly dated in comparison to the other times. But what surprised me was the level of service. First of all we had two rooms. One of the rooms did not get what we reserved in our request for the bed. And regardless of my attempts to resolve this nothing changed throughout or five nights stay. Also when I asked for a late check out (that I know is not guaranteed) I recieved the answer that “impossible since the hotel is fully booked”. I double checked and loads of rooms were available…strange, and I’m a good member at hotels. Also one specific person at the service staff by the pool had a bad attitude. I love this hotel, I hope I can come back. But I’d like to have a five star experience since it’s rated give stars and I pay accordingly.

Top Hotel - Top staff
Honestly so is everything on a very very high quality at this place! Very good staff and a great location with good facilities. Only small thing I was disappointed at was that even though I have benefits as a Gold member I was never offered these throughout my stay. I even mentioned this in writing after the check in but still no response, a bit strange I think.

Great room on the 24th floor with a nice balcony, hence a great place to take in the super view. I had a delicious dinner in Area 31 (and the “Meet me in Mexico” cocktail was outstanding!).

The lobby is nice and clean The rooms were nice, but were not cleaned well. The hotel as a whole seemed very understaffed. The staff that was there, were not trained to supply the type of service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Service at the pool was horrific - it was hard to get the attention of any of the servers and there weren’t enough of them to begin with. The pool chairs were cheap and uncomfortable and most of them were ripped or broken. The group I was with were lifting and carrying around pool chairs ourselves and having to walk up to the towel bar to get towels to sit on a chair. Not worth the price and not worthy of the star rating

Great staff, lovely location, healthy supermarket close by and if it’s good enough for a famous tennis player to stay at the hotel during the Miami open, it was certainly good enough for us. Great atmosphere by the pool. Would return again. Ideal for a family of four. Clean and comfortable, spacious room with balcony, thank you to the staff for upgrade.

I must admit I was worried about staying here again as when I stayed 6 years ago there was a huge issue with noise from rooms next door due to lack of sound proofing. However, this has either now been addressed with a renovation or perhaps I was lucky on the day I stayed. I appreciate the water station in the lobby, morning coffee and complementary wine etc hour early evening.

The staff was very smug the rooms itself are average rust was leaking from the shower light broke shower broke had to beg for housekeeping but hotel was very busy probably all the false hype from tiktok and Guy was nicely rude just to put it!! Unless you looked a certain way, the guests was the best alot of weddings and events going on valet could use help

There are additional fees for every day stay. There is a $300 deposit. Still waiting for the refund. They offer coupon that won’t be accepted when trying to redeem. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. I had to change rooms as the first room I booked was an adjoining room, and I could clearly hear everything from the room next door, it was too loud. I requested a room change and I got that within minutes. The second room was great, I got the same view and same cost. Only complaints I have are about the first room, it seemed that the room was dusty, and the desk phone was not working. Second room was way better.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel for a true luxury experience! Loved my King size bed with balcony! The restaurant on premise is amazing. I was lucky to have been able to get into my room earlier than check in 4pm because I told staff I had a concert that evening. Super friendly team & I highly recommend coming to this hotel.

No chairs at all at the pool on one of the days of our stay. Day we did find chairs, they were very very much in neeed of renewal. They were old and worn. 411 rooms - fully booked this weekend. you think they'd have nice chairs at the pool. Cost is about $110 per chair.

The property was nice. I booked for a city view which wasn't much but looking out into another hotel but it wasn't too bad. My only complaint is the noise. There was construction taking place. The cars on the highway. The hotel was nice, it was clean, friendly staff, the food is amazing. Close to a few things so didn't have to travel to far for things. All in all I did enjoy my stay and would return again

Cleaning and room service were not at all what I expected. Cleaning: Some cleaning tools remain at our room everyday, and the housekeeper seems to forget to change towels. Room service: That lamb chops had been overcooked and tasted almost charcoal. We actually has stayed in Japanese Kimpton before and held a wedding. And that was incredible and unforgettable, that’s why we chose. But I expected way too much.

I never heard about this hotel before, book it by the look of the pictures on Expedia. I am so happy that I made the right choice to stay in this wonderful hotel. It is beautiful and modern, the staff and services are 5 stars for sure, they always ask do you need anything, and they get them to your room fast! Including free bottled water ( I love that, most hotle charge the bottle of water ), The location is perfect, right by the water, rooftop restaurant and pool with an amazing ocean view. The food is delicious ( pricy but just like any other-star hotel, it is not a surprise ), and the waiters are friendly. I am very happy to stay.
