Inte ett bra hotell.
Otroligt stressigt hotell. Otrevlig personal i receptionen. Poolen var stängd på grund av att det var vinter (det var över 30 grader när vi var där). Man kunde inte ens sitta utomhus på någon stol. Lite platser vid frukosten, dåligt med urval. Dörren till rummet gick inte stänga så den fick vi slå igen. Dåligt städat rum.

Ok I nödfall
Vi sov där för en övernattning mellan flyg med ett barn i sällskapet. Rummet var stort och bra storlek på badrummet med många handdukar men AC gick inte att justera och blåste väldigt kallt och högt, som tur kunde man dra ut sladden för att vi ens skulle kunna gå in och sova. Rummet luktade lite mögel och bara eluttagen i lamporna fungerade men sängen var stor, bekväm och det var generöst med kuddar. Frukosten ingick. det fanns endast plasttalrikar och plastbestick vilket kändes slösigt och det var mest snacks och sötsaker. När vi frågade om ingredienserna till brödet då min man har en mjölkallergi så kunde de inte visa förpackningen eller berätta vilket märke sakerna var så vi själva kunde kolla upp vilket var lite konstigt då de menade att ett annat företag sköter frukosten och därför inte dem kunde hjälpa honom att hitta vad som gick att äta. Generellt så gick det att sova där men för priset så kändes det inte värt pengarna.

Wait hour and quarter for shuttle that never came and had to pay taxi $45. For trip from airport. Hotel said they could do anything about it because we didn’t have receipt. While at check in another quest with over teo hours without shuttle. They were getting $30.?

sheets and towels dirty (sabanas y toallas sucias con pelos), Dust in the room my daughter has alergy and she couldnt sleep (el cuarto tenía polvo, mi hija es alergica y no pudimos dormir bien), the door of the bathroom was damaged ( la puerta del baño estaba dañada), the toilet was stocked (el inodoro estaba tapado). We had to change of hotel (Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel).

Overall I really liked the property, but the beds are small for two people. The staff at the main lobby were dismissive and not very polite. The pool was also dirty, but I arrived at the end of the day, maybe there was a lot of activity. It is close to the airport. And there is friendly transportation.

Very noisy there were car racing at 4 am in the morning I started to call the police. In the room you can hear the people next door showering also the washing machine going. We hardly got no sleep bed very uncomfortable and there were roaches in our room. A pic fell of the wall in the middle the night scared the hell out of us. There was no microwave or fridge in the room.. My price of the room said $166 but because I asked for a room closer because my mom is handicapped she couldn't walk far they charged me $179 for the room.I won't stay here again.
