Initially assigned a room in a secondary tower and not told about it. Avoid Moritz tower. Elevators have no AC. They are small. Room was small and dated. Since they did not tell me about where the room was, I went to the wrong place, carrying a very heavy box, which resulted in injury. Next room was in the main building, but shower had mold, rust on bath tub, and ceiling had chipping paint. Couldn’t move me again, so they put me in a room with a balcony for second night and waived resort fee plus applied $100 credit. They tried to make good, but at over $400/night there should not be mold on the ceiling or rust in the tub. Need to do a better job keeping up on maintenance.
