Bra medelklass hotell m optimalt läge. Mkt bra poolområde i direkt anslutning till havet, trevlig o serviceminded personal ( även om Du förväntas sticka till 5 dollar för varje tjänst ). Negativt är att det är extremt, extremt dyrt. Gäller såklart inte Stanton specifikt o beror till stor del på vår kassa krona. Har varit hyfsat många ggr i Miami Beach o även priserna i dollar har stuckit iväg…..hotellet får godkänt med +

Så fort man klev in på hotellet doftade det gott och man visste att det var fräscht. Rymliga rum. Trevlig personal. Bra utbud av restauranger i närheten. Närheten till stranden! Allt var ett plus!

Perfekt läge på South Beach
Hotellet ligger perfekt i en liten lugnare del av South Beach med kort gångavstånd till restauranger. Fint poolområde och underbar strand. Fin havsutsikt från balkongen, men balkongen gick dessvärre inte att nyttja eftersom hotellets fläkt/ventilationssystem lät så högt att det inte gick samtala på balkongen .

Mycket bra läge!
Mycket bra läge strax bortom det mest hektiska i South Beach. Bra egen strand med tillgång till solstolar. Poolområdet var OK men inte mer. Rummen var rena och välstädade. Många bra restauranger i närheten. Testa den typiska amerikanska maten på Pink House ett kvarter från hotellet.

Supertrevligt hotell med fantastisk personal!
Väldigt trevligt hotell! Rummen är ganska standard men helt ok, men tack vare personalens serviceanda och hjälpsamhet upplevs det lyxigt. Cyklarna som ingår i resortavgiften är ett stort plus, likaså den japanska restaurangen som är fantastisk. Vi hade tur och bodde högst upp, med fantastisk utsikt där vi både hade fin havsutsikt men också såg Miamis skyline bakåt. Sol från morgon till solnedgång på balkongen som låg på sidan av hotellet. Bra wifi som även fungerade på stranden. Läget är kanske det bästa av allt, 3 min till allt, men ändå lugnt och skönt!

I was sexually assaulted during a massage at the Stanton Marriott Spa, by the massage therapist. They sent the housekeeping manager on duty to talk to me after it happened. the spa manager called me as well. The spa manager let me know that she had to speak to the massage therapist “ To get his side of the story” I fully understand now why victims of sexual assault often do not report it. I still have not heard anything anything from upper hotel management. It seems that the safety and well-being of their guests is really not that important to them. Please, please warn all the women that you care about to never get a massage at this spa. The hotel itself is OK, nothing special. The beach in front of the hotel is nice. I do not recommend and would never stay here again.

This hotel is located in the best part of South Beach, close to the Pointe park and the Art Deco district. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment, but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful around. We enjoyed the little pleasant surprises, such as daily complementary gelato, free bike rides, fitness classes, and a walking architecture tour. I didn’t expect or appreciate the $25 a day umbrella charge on top of the resort fee.

Terrible Experience!! Showed up after having made reservations months in advance. Celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary wanted everything to be perfect for my wife. I had reserved a suite with a King bed, ocean view and a balcony. The lady in the lobby told me that they had overbooked and had no rooms available. Very rude and dismissive. I asked to talk to her manager and we stood in the lobby with all of our luggage waiting for the manager. He finally came out and they told us that they would give us a room but the following morning we would have to move. They gave us a common two bed room that was nowhere near a suite. This ruined our anniversary night. The following day we had to wait until 2:00pm for our room to be ready. The manager said that all he could do is give me Bon Voy points (which they never applied). Just horrible overall experience. Terrible customer service and poor organizational skills. Definitely not a High End Hotel !!

Paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view but what i got was a room above the Hotel AC situated system above the restaurant.very noisy so couldn’t use the balcony and also had sleeping problem due to the very loud noise 24/7 Room wasn’t cleaned properly.Staff just pulled the top sheet leaving the ones below as was slept in overnight

On the beach, nice. Rooms small, no sitting, no microwave, expensive. rollaway bed that was needed in the room came in after 5 hours! it was almost 11 pm when we put our child to bed!

We arrived late because of the flight delay. At the hotel the front doors lock automatically from 11pm to 6am but there were no staff around to help to unlock the doors for new guests. We ended up stranded outside for about 10 minutes without any help. When i adressed this issue next morning, the people at the front desk didnt seemed to care. That is not the kind of service that I expected from a marriot holtel. Deeply disappointed.

The hotel is very well located, great restaurants around. I found the room and bathroom to be very small for a suite with two queen beds. The room is very normal, poorly finished. 3 star hotel room. Forget the hotel breakfast. Served in a restaurant within the hotel. Too bad. Not worth it. Better to eat at other restaurants around.

very unfriendly female receptionist. The place is not nice. Ambience poor. Didn't feel welcome as first impression and wanted to leave. Loud banging on door for room service ....
