Vi spenderade 3 nätter med familjen. Vi hade ett Traditional Room Two Queen Beds. Rummet var slitet men helt okej. De fyllde på med vatten varje dag vid städningen. Mycket uppskattat när man kom tillbaka på eftermiddagen. Frukosten var enkel men tillräcklig. Äggröra, bacon, korv, potatis, bröd, flingor, yoghurt, frukt, juice, muffins och kaffe. Receptionen var hjälpsamma och gav utflyktstips. De hjälpte oss även så vi fick checka ut lite senare. Det finns en pool på taket där man fick låna handdukar. Vissa tider på dagen var det fullt och svårt att få plats. Ber man om en kod kan man gå igenom systerhotellet Penguin så är det närmre till stranden. Mycket prisvärt, bra läge, enkel frukost och hjälpsam personal. Vi har bott på flera hotel i Miami och är man där för att uppleva omgivningarna är det här hotellet ett mycket bra alternativ.

Ganska slitet hotell. Helt ok frukost. Bra läge. Vi fick ett otroligt litet rum där vi knappt öppna dörren utan att slå i sängarna. Ok pool.

My first time in miami beach best hotel ever staff was incredible. I love the attention and information about the different tour buses amd bota ridings in miami. Hotel room was beautiful in the middle of a lot of restaurants and beach.

I would like to be able to say that it was all right, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I took the penthouse because I wanted to have open air balcony and the room is a little small, but The main problem was the odors. When you get into the extremely tiny elevator, you start to smell a fungus type odor . Once in the room, it grows stronger. Tried to fight the odor by keeping the balcony doors open and by purchasing some breeze air freshener, but nothing really.Helped.

Nice place, our room was very clean as was the property. Breakfast was your usual breakfast but was good and convenient for us. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only downfall was programming available to watch on tv when wanting to relax or waiting for wife to get dolled up.
