Welcome to your Spacious Studio with private entrance in the heart of Miramar, FL! A cozy beautiful suite with private bathroom, free parking and kitchenette. Clean, hotel comfort at a home setting. Centrally located, close to many great attractions and restaurants. The Hard Rock Stadium is just 2 miles away, with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and the beaches 4 miles away. Close to Ft. Lauderdale airport and Aventura Mall. Enjoy everything South Florida has to offer just a short drive away!

The Bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, a closet as well as seating and dinette table area. The Suite includes High Speed Wi-Fi, and TV with a Firestick.
Kitchenette includes; mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and portable stove top with kitchen basics.
Guest also have access to a covered private patio area with seating.

Guest have designated parking space on the driveway in front of the House.
Access to guest suite is to the left of the property through a private entrance.
Lock box with key access; the code is provided before check in.

Complimentary Welcome water, coffee and snacks provided in Suite on arrival, day of check in only.

Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet property, excellent water pressure in the shower, owner provided additional bath towels upon request.Cons: There is no thermostat in the room (owner adjusts the room temperature upon request), there is a small (but dangerous) step up as you enter the kitchenette. I placed a scrunched up towel at the base of the step as a reminder. The 2 windows are shuttered closed and locked. There is a musty odor in the room. The bathroom door is a built in slider & difficult to open & close.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. The place was spotless upon arrival and clearly very well cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away.The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything we needed while still feeling quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfy and cozy, the living space was perfect for our needs, and overall it was exactly as described (if not better). Nicole and her husband were in incredibly friendly and attentive as well!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. A great experience from start to finish!

Did not stay, the hostess did not contact me with information on how to get in, after I explained I was leaving and that the only way to contact me while traveling was by text message or gmail which I gave her. She chose to contact me thru the app, which I do not have. I had to make other arrangements for a place to stay. Would like a refund.

My stay at Nicole's was everything I had hoped for. Check in and check out was easy and well explained. All essentials to make my stay enjoyable were in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect! Easy access, (avoiding I-95 and the FL Turnpike) to Hard Rock Stadium and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Both places were my main focus for this trip. After checking out, I accidentally left my laptop computer behind outside, and Nicole texted me to let me know. It was brought inside her home just before it rained! I came back to get it, and got it directly from her! Thank you Nicole!!

Perfect for our quick trip!

We had arrived Saturday morning at 6am for a wedding and thank goodness we were able to rest at Nicole’s lovely unit for a few hours before wedding festivities began. It was clean, super easy to find, and there lots of snacks she provided - thank you Nicole for such a seamless trip for us!
