Worst hotel experience ever!
Worst hotel experience ever. The pictures of the hotel didn’t match reality. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, was unsanitary. The so called continental breakfast was non existent, all they offered was white toast, butter, coffee and frozen outdated croissants. There was no service personnel present at the breakfast.

We have a luxury rooms available but you decide to get the dissability room to save money. Remember you pay 71.04 per night on a 4 star Hotel. Next time if you pay more you will get more, if you pay less you get lessThank You for understanding

This property is standing on a bare bone. pros- big rooms and friendly house keeping staff who helped. cons: rusty coffee, not even a real cream, no beach towel was ever available upon request, no-one at the checkout counter while exiting. hidden charges of $85 for Expedia reservation and early check in of $25.

Check in lady was too busy playing on her tablet to deal with guests. Room was dirty. Found beef jerky and dust bunnies. TV did not work. Glasses in room were filthy. Continental breakfast was toast, butter, and over-boiled eggs. Evening employee was very nice, but that is all that was ok. Check in is 4pm. I asked if we could check in at 350pm. Lady said yes for an early check in fee!!!! 1 month after the stay, we had a charge for $85 cdn on our credit card. This was a resort fee and 2 towels???? When I called to ask what the heck was the charge for, i had to call 5 times to get a hold of a manager. No one else could help.The manager had zero power to deal with the me either. He had to contact the owner in regards to charging us for these towels. Totally bogus charge in my opinion. I washed my face with a white towel and left my water soluble makeup on it. Seriously, you run a hotel. Use soap and bleach. Its eye makeup!!! Worst hotel. Dont stay here!

The pictures online were very misleading. The room was not at all what I expected. The bathtub was located inside the room, which made it feel like I was sleeping inside a bathroom. The room itself was dirty; the bathtub had hair on it, the door was broken, and there was no smoke alarm present. Cords were hanging from the ceiling, and the shower head was spraying water like a pressure washer, and I couldn't adjust it to a more comfortable level. To add to my disappointment, the staff was extremely rude. The person who checked us in at 6 AM was creepy, slow, and downright unpleasant."

Service was really poor, no breakfast as its first come basis. No essential for beach provided like umbrella or seats, receptionists don’t care about the services. They don’t refund $100 deposit as promised. I can’t promise the safety. It doesn’t worth it at all.

When we arrived we were able to put our luggage in a small room and roam around Miami which was nice , they do have a early check in time of 2pm 🕑 which we took advantage of They only had 1 staff working the front desk, she was pleasant however pre occupied by chatting on the phone in a different language to other people The room was ok , however there was no decent flow of water to have a bath or shower Also a the garbage can was disgusting in the bathroom and a few blinds were broken in the room The area of the hotel was perfect for us (family of 4) you can literally walk across the street and your on south beach - the hotel said they would provide a complementary umbrella , chair and towel however when we went to get ours they were out of them and only provided 2 towels Also they stated our breakfast was from 8-10am Only 2 items they had for breakfast was mini croissants and boiled eggs , that’s it !! I’m a tea drinker and was also disappointed that they didn’t have any tea selection at all We didn’t let this damper our vacation plans However we wouldn’t likely stay again

Very welcoming staff at the front desk. Parking is a problem in the area but I don't blame the hotel, they do give some options such as street parking and where parking garages are. The penthouse suite was beautiful, the view is a city view, mostly buildings. Hot tub was well maintained and relaxing. It is loud outside but once your in the room it is very quiet. Miami beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was great. Would stay here again, only hesitation would be the traffic in the area and the parking situation. Other than that it was a great stay!

The room was clean , however the tv didn’t work there was no blow dryer and we had to ask for towels, there was only one in the room. We tried to check in 12 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us.’check in took 20 minutes and we were the only people checking in.

Staff was not friendly, their “Included” breakfast is literally just toast. You couldn’t get beach towels until 3pm cause they didn’t have enough until they got washed. The chairs on the beach are rusty, heavy chairs that you have to carry to the beach and that’s with an up charge.

It was a weird hotel. Pictures are misleading. Breakfasts was horrible. Coffee and toast and hardboiled eggs that was it. Our room was strange. We only had one towel to share between the two of us. And the shower was in the room. It was an odd place to stay at.

Hotel da evitare assolutamente. Personale scortese e disinteressato. La colazione è una finta pubblicità, in realtà non esiste. Viene servito in modo scortese un caffe tenuto in frigo da giorni e poche fette di pane vecchio con una scatola di burro (solo burro e niente altro) da spalmare. Burro tenuto in una scatola dove tutti metteno il loro cucchiaio. Ovviamente nessuno fa quella orrenda e inesistente colazione. I clienti si lamentano visto che sono scesi appositamente nella hall per la colazione che al momento della prenotazione è indicata come inclusa ma nonostante le lamentele i pochissimi del personale se ne fregano. Quindi è una pubblicità fasulla che indica una colazione, motivo per il quale viene scelto l'hotel rispetto ad altri, colazione che non esiste e che è una presa in giro orribile. Inoltre le pulizie della camera non vengo fatte e se ci si lamenta viene risposto che saranno fatte l'indomani. Asciugamani vecchi e lacerati da chiedere alla reception ma che non vengono portati in camera. Se vuoi te li porti da solo. Insomma terrificante. Nessuna accoglienza e nessun rispetto per i clienti e per le persone. Niente saponi in camera niente asciugacapelli (sono dovuto scendere con i capelli bagnati e chiederlo alla reception). L'hotel è come abbandonato a se stesso, luci spente e sedie ammassate una sull'altra come un deposito. Evitate assolutamente questo posto.

The woman that checked us in could not have been more rude. She could not answer direct questions and made things as difficult as possible. Parking is HORRIBLE. They only have 4 spaces for the entire building AND you have to pay for them! The room has been slightly altered compared to the posted photo but is a beautiful, wide open room. We were very disappointed that the hot tub on our balcony was unusable. The HVAC system in the room needs work. The fan runs 24/7 even if you turn it to auto and the temp is not accurate with the Tstat. (We do HVAC for a living) The room is cold and muggy so it's very hard to sleep comfortably. One of the handles on the two person sink is broken. The bathroom rug in front of the shower needs to be replaced. There are no places to hang towels near the shower. There is no entry rug from the balcony to come back into the room. The closet door is not level so it doesn't stay open. There is no place to sit other than the single vanity chair, so you can't just relax and watch TV. You have to be on the bed. One of the night desk clerks was great! His name is Nick. He was the most helpful person there. We were given a credit for the loss of the hot tub, but for the price we paid to stay in a penthouse, these things are disappointing.

It’s like Walmart met target, the rooms are clean. But the check in despite my calling in advance as I arrived late was super slow. The bathroom shelf was falling off, the light in the washroom kept going on every 5 min. The pillows were hard foam, too expensive for what it is. And the breakfast, it’s not breakfast.

In general the stay is great for 1 or 2 nights. The rooms were clean and the service was great. I do want to say that they need to have the internet ready on their tv since it’s already a smart tv and the other thing is the bathroom look like hospital bathroom which rakes away from how nice the room itself was. Other than that the staff was very kind and they really plwased all the needs we had.

Our overall stay was good. Our only complaints would be, Parking options are horrible and climbing into the shower difficult. If you have any disability it would be a no go. Room was clean and cute.

The good the bad and the ugly
The good, Great location, the rooms are really big in the penthouse room and have a jacuzzi on the balcony. The bad, Towels are of really low quality with fluff everywhere on the body The beds are too soft sink in the bed Breakfast consists of toast and boiled eggs every day no kettle, hairdryer or iron in room No privacy when showering as there is no door The Ugly, Rooms are not cleaned every day unless you ask them to and even when I did they did not clean them properly Went down a few times and no one at the front desk to help with anything Mats on the reception floor are old and a trip hazard It is a shame as with some improvements this could be a nice hotel, does not cost much to put out some fruit and pastries for breakfast but I would never stay here again.

I left my $279. AirPod ll in the room and a $40 cigar lighter.? I went back a few hours later they had my lighter and the apple lanyard which had my AirPods connected. What a coincidence there was no AirPod twos there hooked to a necklace that they gave me. It’s difficult to take it off too. Somebody actually took it off. They should’ve just stole the whole thing because I have pictures of the lanyard connected to the Apple AirPod ll. It was left over the right window when you come in the room and look right on the windowsill.

Very Different
We arrived later in the evening. When we went inside there was very little lighting coming into the hotel and no lighting in the hallways leading to the elevator. The room we stayed in was nice. It felt like you was staying at someone's home instead of a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, but very few toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. It seemed it was an after thought. The decore of the hotel was very interesting.
