Arrival: We have a 24/7 front desk that will gladly welcome you upon arrival and hand over your keys.

Check-Out: Keys must be returned to the front desk upon check-out. A $125 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost keys.

South Beach street parking is expensive and limited — the garage across the street, ride-sharing, and the free Miami Beach Trolley are the easiest ways to get around.



🛋️ Sleeping Arrangements



Maximum occupancy: 4 guests total.

⚠️ Strict Guest Breakdown: Limited to 2 adults maximum (plus up to 2 children under 18). Guests will not be allowed entry at the front desk if they arrive with more than 2 adults.

Sanitization: The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every reservation.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control monthly. However, due to Miami's hot, humid, tropical weather, it's still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.

No parties or events allowed.

No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM.

No smoking inside the unit (smoke-free building).

No extra guests beyond registered guests.

Strict occupancy limit: 2 adults maximum (+ 2 children). Entry will be denied if more than 2 adults attempt to check in.
