All personal var jättetrevlig och hjälpte oss med byte av rum då vi upptäckte att vi hade gym ovanför med ett löpband som dundrade! Dock hade även nästa rum ett kylskåp som dundrade under natten! Annars var det bara flygplanen som lät men vi bodde ju vid en flygplats så inget konstigt! Sängarna var jättesköna!

This location has a serious problem with organization. We were several people waiting in the lobby upon registration with one staff on the phone and the other answering one person. A third tokk a long time to realize we were there. And at the restaurant, staff prefferred play with their phone than to look after their "guests" which I did not felt at all welcomed.

Sparkling gem in a shadt commercial area. Hotel is modern & spotless. Room had great modern layout. Restaurant food was well above standard hotel food.

Yet another hotel that complained about booking thru Expedia vs direct. They couldn’t find the reservation and it took forever to check in. I love the convenience of booking thru Expedia but it puts you on the bottom of the hotels list and you get treated like crap.

Look, the place is nice. Any other time, I’m sure I would leave a good review. But from 2:30 in the morning until 7:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off every 45 minutes. You get a pre-recorded message BLARING, I mean jolting you awake at 2:30 in the morning….”ATTENTION! YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE. A fire has been reported in the building!!!” Luckily, there was no fire. But this happened every 45 minutes for 5 hours. I got no sleep. I’m exhausted and ticked off. Saw other people in the lobby who also looked like zombies because nobody could sleep.

The evening desk staff was unnecessarily rude. We needed the airport shuttle and she was rude about the fact that it wouldn’t pick us up from the airport for more than an hour—1 hour and 15 minutes. The hotel was 10 minutes away. We booked it for the convenience of the shuttle to/from airport. We would not have booked this hotel otherwise. VERY misleading on website! The lack of availability required the extra expense of an Uber to/from airport. Not worth it! I’ve used other Miami airport hotels that were less expensive and way more hospitable! 👎

Cons - The weird bathroom layout, glass bathroom door, no privacy. One of the shower heads did not work. We got a suite and the sofa back was hard and uncomfortable. Pros - The room was clean, roomy, bed was comfortable. The large windows were great could see the planes arriving and departing. The staff was friendly.

It’s near the airport so it’s a bit impersonal. The coffee maker was not clean. There was still a dried up used coffee filter with coffee in it from the previous guest. I wasn’t able to make hot water or coffee and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel.
