“The barn door on the bathroom is very poor design. It offers no privacy to the user of the bathroom as everything going on in the bathroom is clearly audible to anyone outside of the bathroom. And vice versa. Seems like form over function. Everything else was very nice.”

“Manager on duty morning on 5/9/26 was very good and understanding. We checked in late Friday night and needed some ice and we had a fridge with ice maker but wasn’t on and no signage to tell us where an ice maker was. I checked for bed bugs and found NO sign of them, I do that everywhere I stay, and I found small pieces of pet poop under curtain from pet friendly facility. Shower head was horrible.
