“We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best.”

“This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. ”

"Upon check in the front staff refused to provide breakfast despite being stated on the confirmation. When pointing to the facts we were indirectly accused for lying. I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking. No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the inconvenience. I expect far better from Hilton!"
