“Rooms are very spacious, kitchen was full size and well equipped. Pools and hot tubs were excellent and warm. Extra unexpected amenities were picnic tables, a balcony with chairs, and a BBQ area.”

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“Colorful building and room, central downtown hotel and close to lakefront and places to eat. Did not use any amenities eg outdoor swimming pool as we stayed one night only. No breakfast on site. Staff were nice and helpful and we kept our luggage at the reception counter until it was the time to check in.”

The swimming pool area was a highlight, with both a hot pool and a cold pool option, which was enjoyable for the whole family. “We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! Sue and Dan will make you comfortable immediately. The room was very comfortable and clean. In the morning, Sue made lovely breakfast and had nice conversations. We will definitely be back again!”

“The pool was closed down. The TV in our room was broken the phone in our room was broken the hot water in the shower was scolding hot it was very difficult to adjust the temperature and it's extremely noisy with the traffic driving by all night”
