“The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It is very outdated and shows its age. The staff is never at the front desk so you will be waiting if and when you have an issue. My sink backed up in the middle of the night with water all over the floor and countertop. It took over an hour for them to fix and the only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a fresh set of towels. Not worth the price they are charging. Convenience is the only reason to stay here, and that isn't worth it anymore...

“Our bathroom ceiling started pouring water at about 8 pm. I contacted the front desk, who sent an employee to look at it. The employee mentioned that this happens when the tub above us is used because there is a crack in it. His response indicated that this happens frequently. When I looked at the ceiling, I could see black mold. ”

“One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda.
