“Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...

“The bar in the lobby with all the seating was a great place for our group to gather. One night someone ordered pizza and that was great, not having to go out. I ordered it the next night and the only problem was that someone not part of our group thought it was free and tried to take off with one. We got it back.”

“Detta var ett mkt välskött hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vad vi inte visste innan vi kom dit var att de inte städade och bytte handdukar varje dag men när vi bad om något så fixade de det direkt så det var inga problem. Det finns en hel del restauranger och butiker i hotellets närhet, men som i stort sett alltid så ska man ha bil för att ta sig mellan allt. Vi tycker att det var mycket prisvärt att bo här”

“First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. However on the first night there were people smoking in their rooms. You could smell it all from outside the...

“Beds very comfortable. We only stayed one night but would go back. Pool not open but no big deal.Breakfast was good with several options and constantly refilled during the 3 hour window.”

“We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!”

“Room had just been renovated and there was still work being done. We were very pleased overall with the stay. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful with dinner options. We would stay at this property again.”
