A Very Small Cottage, with a Very Small Bathroom (like a tiny house); not in the wilderness but, at the back of the property behind the main house. No view & is behind the main house. The hot tub is at the end of the road, at the beginning of the wilderness, with a gazebo to give you privacy. 2-person maximum at all times; INCLUDING GUESTS & children. This is a small cottage, a studio but, it has excellent features and is very close to the beach. There is no view of the lake but, a short walk on a beautiful sandy path to the beach; through sand dunes and dune grass. Steam room, Non-heating electric fireplace, pinball machine, and gas BBQ on the outdoor deck. 2 mountain bikes, tandem, and beach cruiser, (not in winter). 2 Paddleboards, 3 Kayaks, Surfboards,(Summer only), Bean Bag Toss / Cornhole Game and Spike Ball for the beach. Queen bed. Comcast internet and 43-inch Smart TV. PlayStation 4 with games. Free Soda machine w/ 4 flavors, 3 types of Coffee machines and coffee grinder, popcorn machine. View the wildlife in the wilderness next to the rental at our feeding station during the daytime, or on your TV through a night vision camera. The property is surrounded by wilderness on two sides: an unused park; a corner lot; lots of sand dunes and dune grass. Swimming beach with very clean fine sand. The minimum age of primary renter is 25. No pets.
